The specially developed mixing system for the flexible and rapid production of special instant hot drinks has already been put into operation. The complete production line, including packaging robots, increases production capacity by 20 percent. Two new gantry robots also ensure greater efficiency, flexibility and safety for the existing production lines. A total of around 1.7 million euros was invested in the modernization and expansion of production operations. Fast raw material changeover and easy cleaning: The in-house developed silo and mixing system simplifies and speeds up the production of smaller batches of special vending machine filling products. In addition to the expansion for modernization, investments were also made in the development and production of the system and a state-of-the-art packaging line with a palletizing robot. Two additional robot systems were also installed on existing production lines at a cost of half a million euros. The total investment of 1.7 million euros will increase capacity by 20 percent. “With the modernization, we are strengthening our expertise as a partner for the production of special products, ensuring the highest quality standards and increasing efficiency,” explains Markus Hämmerle, Managing Director. In future, we will focus even more strongly on the growing export business in wholesale. In addition to the DACH region, Denmark, Portugal, the UK and the USA are among the most important markets. The growing demand and the increase in capacity also require personnel reinforcements. The company has hired six new specialists since March.
